Change from Obaji skin care normal to dry skin to normal to oily skin care.?

I have been told that if I change my Obagi skin care program of normal to dry skin, to normal to oily skin care program my skin will become squeaky. Does anyone know what that means. Honest, this is a true statement I was given. Thanks anyone.
