Does anyone know any secrets that they use to keeping soft clear skinn?? thanks, school is going to be starting soon and I only have a few pimples, I was wondering if anyone has some fast easy tips or secrets to getting rid of them!

anyway..
i had one right in the middle of my forehead (gahh) a few days ago, and i took an ice cube and left it on my head for a few seconds, then i would take it off (cause it would get really cold and my head would start to hurt lmao) and then put it back on and kept repeating that, and not only did it make the redness completely go away, the pimple is gone now. =o
