I use aveeno positively radiant moisturizer. it works great. it helps even out skin tone and texture. plus it has an spf 15. its a bit expensive. like $14 for a 4 oz but to me, its totally worth it. i wouldnt put anything else on my face

When my skin is going through a dry phase, I try to make sure I drink enough during the days and I use a moisturizer that's light enough for me to sleep with. The moisturizer I currently use is not an overnight moisturizer but it works well for me because my skin is really soft and nice in the morning and throughout the day :-D. So I'd say get an inexpensive facial lotion to apply after you wash your face before you go to bed at night, maybe oil of olay. Then for the day time find a lightweight facial moisturizer with spf 15 or so. You can pretty much keep it simple since you don't have to worry about pimples or oily skin, so don't get those extra expensive moisturizers promising you things you don't need. Also, definitely make sure you stay hydrated and don't be in the sun longer than necessary. I'm a brown skin black girl and even my cheeks/face get rosy/red when I'm outside in the heat for awhile. So be careful with the sun. I don't have specific products to offer you though, sorry. Clean and Clear works well for me personally. I use the teal bottle that says its an oxygenating lightweight moisturizer. It goes on oily, but once the spf settles in, your skin looks nice and not oily. You can try it. Good luck!!

PS, sun-block lotions are supposed to be applied 30-minutes before you go outside and reapplied if you've been sweating profusely. Take care

My skin used to do the same thing when in the heat and I started to use Avons product called Moisture Therapy Mineral Solution. It works soo well and it has i think SPF 30 in it, definitely check it out!

My skin is quite temperamental overall the summer I seem to be fine just a hint of moisture works great but the colder winter months I dry up terribly. I have found the hydrating cream concentrate products by bee luscious cosmetics to be the best I found to date. Very moistureized and hydrated yet not oily or greasy or thick. Very light tot he touch and leaves my skin soft like silk.

What you need is an intense moisturizing Cream. Mary kay has one for $30.00. I have only heard positive feed back about it. Try it it worth the money, my hsband an my sister will not do without it.

Try Nutritic by La Roche Posay. You can find it at most cvs/pharmacy stores. Nutritic contains lipids which are the same lipids that are found in the skin. It comes in a 2.5% which is for dry skin and a 5% for very dry skin. It is a bit pricey, but you will love it. I use the 5% during the winter and it works great. It does have a bit of fragrance to it, but nothing unbearable.

Good luck!
