When my skin is going through a dry phase, I try to make sure I drink enough during the days and I use a moisturizer that's light enough for me to sleep with. The moisturizer I currently use is not an overnight moisturizer but it works well for me because my skin is really soft and nice in the morning and throughout the day :-D. So I'd say get an inexpensive facial lotion to apply after you wash your face before you go to bed at night, maybe oil of olay. Then for the day time find a lightweight facial moisturizer with spf 15 or so. You can pretty much keep it simple since you don't have to worry about pimples or oily skin, so don't get those extra expensive moisturizers promising you things you don't need. Also, definitely make sure you stay hydrated and don't be in the sun longer than necessary. I'm a brown skin black girl and even my cheeks/face get rosy/red when I'm outside in the heat for awhile. So be careful with the sun. I don't have specific products to offer you though, sorry. Clean and Clear works well for me personally. I use the teal bottle that says its an oxygenating lightweight moisturizer. It goes on oily, but once the spf settles in, your skin looks nice and not oily. You can try it. Good luck!!
PS, sun-block lotions are supposed to be applied 30-minutes before you go outside and reapplied if you've been sweating profusely. Take care
