overall my skin is ok, some small pimples at times, and a few blackheads on my nose.. but my cleanser gives me a brown, flaky rash! i have tried a few different ones (all hypoallergenic) and its the same with all of them. if i just use warm water, the rash goes away, but i get more pimples!! what can i do?

use Proactive or Neutrogena non-oily acne wash or...Neutrogena 3 step...it works!
