Any good product for skincare?

I want to know if there is a very good product to cure acne or to make it go. I had acne for a few years and I don't really want to deal with it anymore. I had use clean&clear and neutrogena but it seems that just work for the begining. Please I need answers from people with similar experience and I want good recomendations.
