Default Skincare help?

I've had mild acne for about half a year now, i went to the dermotolgist last December and he prescribed tretinoin and doxycycline and it cleared up my skin. A couple weeks ago, right before finals I started to break out horribly and it's been down hill since then. I need some help because it's summer and i want to have clear skin again.
The dosage for the trentinoin is 25 mg and the doxycycline is 50 mg. I also use olay cleanser/toner

Hi! I think you should just leave your skin alone for a while. I think all these medication and products can make your skin worse by aggravating your skin. I used to have bad skin and I was just like you. When one product didn't work, I would try another and another until I had to see a dermatologist (I went to two) and they said I have rosecea. ( I don't know how to spell it correctly). The dermatologist recommended that I used medicated products. But luckily due to my pharmacist friend's advice not to use it, I didn't. Then I began to use more natural products and it really helped my skin a lot. and I do not have rosecea! I can't believe the dermatologist made a wrong diagnosis. But thats how bad my skin was I guess.
