im 12and have mild acne, i have never eaten dairy as myself and late dad never ate it.
the past 6 months i have stopped eating fish .
at the same time my skin has got very oily.
im white but my dad didnt get ance and he was olive?
has my diet got any thing to do with my oily skin?

if you eat your 5 fruit and veg a day your skin will be fine its just a phase your going threw also used body shops sea weed skin care lotion they do work!
