skin care... look in detales?

me and my 2 sisters had perfect skin. this fast fall that changed we all started getting acne and stuff. we have been going to the dermatologist and nothing seems to be working. we stopped using fabric softener and etc. anyone have any ideas what could have changed our skin or what we could do?
