take a cotton ball, put rubbing alcohol on it and press it on the breakout spot for 20sec do it twice by the end of today and it should be gone by the next day good luck...

use noxzema and wash it off with warm water then pat your face dry and place toothpaste on sections of your face. you could wash it off before going to bed or you could leave it on until the next morning. you will see a big difference with your breakout...I had a bad breakout last week and I started doing this a couple days ago and my face has really cleared up....the toothpaste will burn a little but its not too bad.

If your skin is sensitive, just wash your face once or twice a day with just water, and at night use clean and clear toner to dry/clear things up and make your pores smaller.
And If this makes your skin tooo dry then try neutrogena sensitive skin non-oily lotion.

Or just try to find some kind of skin care product without alcohol in it b/c I have sensitive skin and skin clearing products with a lot of alcohol in it made things worse.
