Default skin care?

how do i maintain healthy loolking skin. What i mean is will drinking more water help, what fruits or any type of food are known for an increase in skin improvement.

What can be done about skin rejuvenation as i have acne marks (not many) but some, how do i get rid of them.

Is there something that can speed/assist rejuvenation process?

I invite your answers
preferably no laser treatment, stuff like that

Default

all i can suggest is moisturise!
i swear by moisturiser!
and for the acne scars, perhaps you could use bio-oil, you can buy in in boots, or on amazon.co.uk..
yes, drinking water, eating a wide variety of food, and exersising will keep the skin nice!
good luck x
