photoshop touch-up - skincare products?

Anyone knows where I can get (possibly free) tutorial to learn how to photoshop pictures of skincare products to make them smooth and flawless like the ones on Yves Saint Laurent's website, or Chanel? Those are obviously WAY touched-up. I absolutely love the result but do not know how to reverse ingeneer the techniques. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!
