i wash my face with some face wash (dont rember what it is called), and then after that i put aloe vera on my face

Buy a cleanser, toner and moisturizer of the same brand. Use morning and night. NEVER go to bed with makeup on or you will clog your pores and get breakouts.
Remember to moisturize your neck and chest. You will be glad you did later in life.
