well i dont know about a shampoo but me and my friends, when our hair is all wild and puffy we use a home iron and lay our head on the side of the bed and iron our hair, it comes out nice and thin and straight, if you dont want to do that you can try buying a straightener but that costs alot of money..around 40 dollars

yeah, It's called nair. It will remove ALL of your hair. Then you don't have to worry about It's thickness.

treasure your thick hair
I wish I had thicker hair

You should talk to someone who works at Ulta, Sally Beauty Supply, or Sephora.

I have extreemely thick hair too. The only remedy I've found is to have it thinned out when getting a cut. My hair is also naturally curly, so I have to deal with the frizz. It's not fun. Seriously, it's all about the cut!
