I have tryed several brands such as sunsilk to pantene prov to aussie to suave and also garnier and herble essence also tryed tressamay and my hair seems to still not look as good as I like im alergic to pert plus and head and shoulders! any help thanx

Paul Mitchell works great but its a bit expensive. Your best bet is to get regular hair cuts and stay away from blow dryers , curling irons and strengtheners

Fructis in the green bottle helps that stuff well. I use to have damaged hair and that fixed it up in 2 days.
