Default Switching shampoos and conditioners????

why do people switch their shampoos and conditioners? i dont have damaged hair but i use shampoos and such that r for damaged and dry hair. is that bad for my hair? i switch off from neurogena triple moisture shampoo and conditioner, the new loreal pink vive pro shampoo and conditioner, the john frieda briliant brunette shampoo and conditioner. r these good shampoos and conditioners? oh yea i also use the triple moisture neutrogena hair mask once a week to make my hair shiny and soft.

All shampoos are essentially the same.
Your hair doesn't need time to "adjust" to a shampoo, that's a myth.
It'll clean your hair and do whatever else it advertises.
So whatever shampoo you choose is fine.

I'm partial to John Frieda, I like it because it doesn't weigh my hair down and makes it soft.
Haven't used the other two, though.

Just like your body adjusts to medication, your hair adjusts to shampoos. It's best to rotate your shampoo/conditioners every other week.

people switch their shampoo/conditioners to see what one they like and does what they want them to do. like you, you switch cause you like the shampoo/conditioner for the day and do something different the next day to give your hair a different feel to it,i do it and want you are doing is good for your hair.
