Default What's the best, cheap conditioner I should get for my hair?

Hey, I have curly, shoulder length hair. It's kind of bushy once it air-dries, and I don't use shampoo. I'm about to go shoppping to get some more conditioner, but I'm not sure what to get. I want something that'll moisturize my curls, but won't weigh it down too much. My friend said Vo5 Moisture Milks, but what do you think? Remember- I'm on a budget here, anything from Wal-mart
