Is there really a better shampoo or are they all the same. I use suave but my hair doesn't look as good as other peoples. Which is better and why do you feel this way?

personally i choose to use garnier fruitics. They have all different kinds. I use hard to grow hair. Also brush your hair alot. It'll make it shiny =],

i love garnier fructis sleek and shine...i have really poofy hair and it helped make it smoother and really shiny!!!
