I have fine blond hair just past my shoulders

i blow dry it but that only helps me for about 5 mins or so, should i blowdry it and then hairspray it?

is the herbal essences volumising shampoo/conditioner any good?

The herbal essences voluming stuff made my scalp really itch and burn... so i wouldnt go for that.
