Sunsilk Anti-poof. You can get a free sample to try it out before you buy it.

Before you get in the shower, put Garnier Fructis conditioner on your DRY hair. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then wet it in the shower, shampoo it, and rinse. Your hair will be less puffy because it absorbed the conditioner first. Works for me. Try it and let me know!

Try Matrix sleek look. Get both shampoo and conditioner. You're lucky to have thick hair, celebrate it!

It's not so much the shampoo you have to worry about as to what kind of conditioner.

Look into those.

don't try pantene!
it made my hair very poofy
and i heard it makes you lose hair
because of the strong chemicals
use garnier frutis
it works for me

I have thick hair as well and I use gariner just the reg stuff in the green bottle for normal hair. Not the cream version of it that makes me hair oily.
