What is the BEST SHAMPOO and CONDIONER for my hair?

I Have Really Crazy Hair It Is Wavy/curly On The Top Layer And Under That It Is Very Coarse And Very Curly, It Is Dry So I Dont Wash It Every Day But That Is Hard To Do Because I Work At White Castle And Just Rinseing My Hair Does Not Get The Smell Out. I Tried To Just Shampoo Every Other Day And Conition It Every Day But I Just Dont Feel Very Clean Enough After That. I Need Something That I Can Use Every Day That Wont Dry My Hair Out And Is Healthy For My Hair. I Have Never Colored My Hair, Im A Redhead And I Love The Color So My Hair Is Pretty Healthy, Also I Sometimes Straighten My Hair What Would Be Good To Use Before I Do That? Please Help Me.

Go to your local shop and look and the sunsilk colour range and look for the one that is for wavy and curly hair it anti frizzies your hair and it also smells nice.

First, don't type in all caps. It's really hard to read.

Giving a recommendation for your hair is quite difficult over the internet without seeing and touching it. You might try an all in one shampoo/conditioner with an occasional deep oil conditioning. Consult a licensed cosmetologist for a professional opinion.

I swear by Biolage.
Its amazing stuff.
In the summer I spent alot of time out in the sun surfing, all of that damaged and bleached out my blonde hair.
My hair dresser said to use Biolage and it did wonders for my hair,it was healthier than I had ever seen it before.
