Why do I notice my hair falling out in my hand when I put conditioner on?

When it comes time to apply conditioner, when putting it in my hair I get quite a few strands gathered in my hand..........why so much then?

That's when it's easier for the hair to slide out rather than getting tangled with the rest of it. It's normal to lose 75 - 100 hairs a day.

i do also...
and i think it is from where there are hidden knots in your hair.. then conditioner loosens the hair shaft and makes them slip out

ahh! this happens to me too. i was so worried that it only happens to me. i think its normal to lose about 100 hairs per day. sooo dont worry =)
