a)- Itchy bumpy scalp? ( I've tried selsum blue, neutrogena stuff and head & shoulder...doesn't seem to do the trick)

b)- unruly flyways for really straight and dry layered haired?

I'm not sure about the itchy bumpy scalp but for flyaways I use sunsilk and it works great. Maybe they have something for an itchy bumpy scalp too but I'm not sure... Hope that helps =)
