Default what kind of conditioner/hair repair would you reccommend for damaged hair?

i've dyed my hair so many times over the past 3 months, going from red to brown to blonde to brown to black. and my hair is very dry and if i pull on it too much it breaks off a bit, and it just doesn't feel soft or healthy. so tomorrow i'm going to sally's beauty supply store to get some conditioner or something, what would you recommend?

oh and btw, do you like my hair better brown or black? thanks

i like it better brown - your skin is too pale for black hair.

anyways... there is no way to repair damaged hair... you have to trim the split ends off or they will break more.

next time, protect your hair from the blowdryer, flatiron, crimper... whatever, with a heat protectant lotion, and there will be less breakage.
