Default Why arn't the deep conditioners that come with at home hair dye available

to purchase? Why arn't the deep conditioners that come with at home hair dye available to purchase? They seem to work better than all deep conditioners on the market and cannot be that expensive to produce (the box of hair dye costs total of $10).
Can anyone direct me to a good deep conditioner at a resonable price?

Redken has a product called "All Soft" deep conditioning treatment (not the conditioner, its different!) and it works SOOOOO well. Don't use it everyday it will make your hair greasy. It is available in salons, and its like $15 but it lasts for like a year or longer. Its better than the stuff you get in dye boxes.
