Question on Horse 'n mane shampoo/conditioner?

I have thick,dry, and unmaginable hair..if I use Horse 'n mane. will it make it even more thick?..

I heard it makes your hair grow alot longer. and really soft..

but I have thick hair..and I don't want it to get too thick?..

help?
