The original w/ Ricki Lake or the new musical version?

I personally like the new one better for many reasons. Ricki Lake,b Sony Bono, and Jerry Stiller are bad actors. I don't know how I feel about Devine, but John Travolta did a good job too. I'm somewhat partial to Amanda Bynes, and Christopher Walken is a million times better of an actor than Jerry Stiller.

Well, if you don't mind fat chicks, the original from 1962 I think it was. I have not seen the new one, they are killing it with commercials, which always signals it will suck.
