Where can I buy actors' grease paint and metallic coloured hairspray in

Berkshire, London and Nairobi, please? I'm putting on plays near Nakuru, Kenya, but have a contact in Bracknell, Berks, who could shop and mail things to me. If metallic (gold or silver) hairspray isn't available, I could use cheap, "crazy" wigs. Is there a shop which specialises in renting costumes but also would sell the spray or the wigs or the grease paint?
