i tease my hair with hairspray everyday.
and i leave it in overnight.
is that bad for my hair?

and if it is
are there any alteratives?
well i never get knots
i live in florida
so it's quite humid
and i have to reapply every hour or so

i've been using body lotion in my hair
is that alright?

I dont think its bad. As long as you use a good conditioner it should be fine. I tease my hair sometimes and sleep in it and nothing has happened to me except a few knots.
