I used to in highschool and it always felt stiff and gross. Not to mention after a day it got frizzy. If I don't straighten my hair now I use a salon curling conditioner.

i put gel & hairspray on my hair everyay and no.my hair is not damaged.whoever told you that is LIEEEEiNG!

i used to
after awhile there was all this gel buildup that wouldn't wash out of my hair. It looked like really really really bad dandruff. that wouldn't come out with dandruff shampoo...so i wouldn't recommend it.
