Default could hairspray work.?

i read somewhere that you can dab your eyeliner once its on your eyes, to freeze it there. it said it keeps it from smearing during the day. does it really work. i have tried like every eyeliner, and when i first do it, it looks amazing, then when i get home from school, it seriously makes me look like i was crying or something. so far, the one that works the best for me is maybaline something and almay.

If you dab hairspray at your eylids, your eyes will likely get irritated and you'll cry... I don't think your eyeliner would look good at all with that....
it seems that the skin on your eyelids is a bit oily, you could try to put on some compact (not loose) powder on the lids before you apply eyeliner. That way it should stay longer.

Its possible you are allergic to eye liner I'm allergic to it plus mascara and eye shadow so need to go to a store that sells all natural products and its really good.

I wouldn't put hairspray anywhere near your eye, though it would work in theory. There are make up sealers you can get those would be better. Try Benefit
