go for the real thing and go out on a windy day.
or use a blowdryer and fake it.
well it depends how windblown you want it. not much because pomade is stronger than gel and actually should hold it in place no matter what hair style

no more than pea sized and rubbed to emulsify in hands and them pull thru your hair, and shake. That should do the trick. I have my own salon, and that's the way i do it.. Hope this works for you, good luck!!
