What kind of hair spray chemical stuff do I need to spray on my hair for heat

protecrion? Okay, I straighten my hair a lot.
It's naturally wavy and it looks horrible unless I straighten it.
I tried to limit myself to 3 to 4 days a week but everyone says it's still gonna damage my hair and it would be great to be able to straighten my hair every day again.
So obviously, I'm gonna have to drag myself to the nearest Wal Mart and fork over my money for a heat protector or something.

What should I get?
I'm clueless.
Is it a spray?
Or what?
Please help!

P.S. Is there any way to mix up some protectant at home? Or no?

My friend straightens her hair everyday, and she use s this stuff called "Bed Head" and it is a spray. There is tons of different stuf with that brand so you have to read the label cuz I'm not so sure what it is called. BYE!
