If you have a second-hand store near you, which you probably do, chances are there will be dresses through the ages, meaning there will be a flapper dress. I found flapper dress from a second-hand store for a school report on the 1920's last year.

I saw one like that in several bright colors at Kmart!

That's not a flapper dress. Flappers were in the 1920's, not the 60's.
