Default Inexpensive heat protection spray for hair.?

I straighten and blow dry my hair everyday. I'm looking for an inexpensive product to put on my hair to protect it from the heat.

You might not want blow dry and STRAIGHTEN every day trust me i do it and Ive messed up my hair so badly. But Since you do it everyday then you might need to try some salon products which might be $10-$20 but its worth it.

I use L'oreal Paris Studio Lie Hot Straight. Theres a straighting cream you can put in your hair while blow drying and then theres a spray with the same ame too. Its in a hot pink bottle and can get it at drugstores and stores like wla-mart. It usually costs 3 or 4 dollars depending where you get it.

Sunsilk has some affordable hairapy products that can protect against heat damage and UV. Also, deep conditioning is your friend. Do it every day, regardless of what it says on the bottle. My hair stylist recommended that I stop washing my hair every day. I was able to do that for the summer, and the texture has improved a lot, but I don't know that I can do it when I go back to work next week (I'm a teacher).

A tip to help minimize the damage...
As a wedding shower gift, someone gave me the conair infinity with the straightening attachment. It is so amazing... it dries my hair FASTER and straightens it at the same time. The top of the attachment has a surface that shines my hair, too. The first day I used it everyone was touching my hair, it was amazing. It's a $60 hairdryer, but totally worth it as it cut my styling time way down and doesn't damage my hair nearly as much.
