Default Is a porcelain flat iron better than a ceramic flat iron?

My hairdresser tried to sell me a babyliss porcelain flat iron. I have a ceramic one, but she sais that this was better. It is a lot cheaper than my ceramic flat iron. I am assuming that because it is cheaper it is not as good. I was just looking for some advice. Thanks.

I would trust my hairdresser but chi irons are the BEST and I actually think they are double ceramic plates.

Yep ceramic. They're expensive but way worth it.
