after i curl my hair with gel, how do you curl it with a curling iron? mine only curls on bottom. so i try to curl it on top. but it ends up having really spiral curls on top and wacked out all over the place random curls on bottom.

try using a straightener that also curls. begin at the top of your hair and twist the straightener while sliding it down your hair. it makes soft natural looking curls.
