I have the same problem at one point i was straightening my hair up to three times a day and it really does damage it.I carried on using my straighteners but cut down on it to once a day twice at the most, set your straighteners on a low setting and try to use flat iron spray on your hair first.Try to put your hair up more.If your hair is really damaged i suggest using Vo5 hot oil on your hair this repairs the damage and helps re build your hairs natural fibers.

deep condition it,get a better flat iron and once it is straight wrap your hair at night and be sure to use a silk or rayon hankerchief on your hair

you have to deep condition ur hair twice a week. Loreal deep conditiong treatment is the best, while in the shower leave it on after shampooing for about 20 min. then when u come to flat iron use John Frieda's Frizz Eaze hair serum. u have to protect ur hair from the heat of the iron.

USE LOTS AND LOTS OF HOT OIL TREATMENTS AND don't wash it as often ... I have curly hair and I wash mine every other day I leave a little bit of conditioner in it to keep from over drying. Also rather than always flat ironing it... use big curlers with steam to straighten it is way better for your hair.. speak with salon they will tell.. I have hunted down answers for my miss behaved hair for years.

When you shower rinse with cold water.
Get a round ceramic brush and blowdry with it. This should half straighten it and does not hurt your hair nearly as much as straightening it.
Then straighten.
Use a protector spray like Alberto miracle mist !
