Default what does "permanent damaged hair b/c of flat iron" mean?

does that mean that even if i shave it all off, it will grow back bad? i flat iron a lot (without heat defense sprays b/c of the girly scent) and i fear this "permanent damage"
=D how how ironing does it take to damage it? like 3?........3000?
no im serious.....i flat iron....everyday.....cause i have wavy hair

No if you shaved it all off the new hair would be fine until you use the flat iron too much on it. The flat iron is burning your hair. The hair that is actually on your head right now is permanently damaged it cant be fixed but the new hair will be fine if you stop using the flat iron.
