After washing and then flat ironing my curly hair straight, it has a burnt...

...flat iron smell. What to put on it? What can I put on it to make it smell good after flat ironing so that I don't have that salon smell in my hair?

Nothing to wet b/c that will may my hair curl back up after I flat iron it.

Looking for a fresh scent. nothing too perfumy.
