I've only had my CHI iron for a few months (not even a year) and a few days ago the LED light (the little red light) went off and the heat on the iron started going down. When I picked it up it, the light came back on and went back off again! It really makes me upset because I love my CHI! It's the only thing that will make my hair straight! What should I do? What do you think is wrong with it? Thanks for all answers!
By the way, I've never dropped it nor had to twist the cord up to take it anywhere!
