Default what is a good, inexpensive flat iron that works on wet and dry hair and

also doesn't damage hair? my hair is not too thick, but its wavy/curly and slightly frizzy, and the remington straigthener that i use now works, but it damages my hair a lot.

The best kind of flat iron you can get is a Chi. I don't know of any flat irons that you can use on wet hair. As a matter of a fact, I've heard some stylists say not to iron your hair while it is wet because it steams your hair. The Chi is not an inexpensive flat iron though. However, they do have a generic version of it and it works just as good as the Chi does. The Chi will run you between $100-$120. The generic will run between $70-$80. And you can buy it at Sally's Beauty Supply.
