I don't think that brushes that are made of animal hair better then brushes not made from animals... you can be allergic of them...they are smother but that's not good when you are applying your make up it's just messy. I think they last longer tho.

I find them to a little better than other brushes, they're softer and apply the make up just better, but if you take care of your brushes - cleaning & keeping the bristles in shape (that's what makes your brushes keep for longer) - any of the 'cheaper' brushes are fine.

i don't think the animals like horses get hurt or die just cus they cut their hair. it's like when u go to the salon and want to donate hair.
The ones made out of plastic actually fall out over time.
I think the animal ones are better.

You should just choose what feels better for you & ur face.

Yes. I don't know if they last longer, but you shouldn't use them out of common decency

natural bristle brushes, whether hair or make up, are the best. they're softer, thus won't cause damage to the delicate tissues on your face. makeup applied with natural bristles appears more blended... less clownish. these brushes will last you years if you take care of them properly. wash them once a week with anti-bacterial soap and let air dry. if you have acne problems, wash them after each use to prevent bacterial growth that can make acne worse.

They're not. Animal brushes made out of real hair have hair shafts, much like your own hair. This hair is porous, so it traps make-up in the brush, and it doesn't apply it as well to your skin. The Body Shop makes a great line of synthetic brushes that is softer and longer-lasting than any natural brush.
