I have just started doing exercise and have found that I sweat lots in my head. I have been told that women of color are not supposed to wash our hair more than once every two weeks. I have found this impossible to and must wash my hair at least once a week. So I was wondering if there is a product that I can use to condition my hair and keep it healthy in the prosess of my frequent washings?

Any deep conditioning product should work fine. Try Infusium 23 deep conditioning products, or Pantene. Some women of color think they should only use black hair care conditioning products, but I have found that ones that aren't neccessarily for black people hair works better. Hope this helps
