Default What's the best brand of haircare for a person with sorta wavy hair?

I'v been trying to find the perfect brand of haircare that will work for a person with my hair. It's blonde and wavy, but sometimes I have trouble making my natural waves look good - they always break up and frizz, no matter what I try to do. I've tried many brands, and I prefer the high-end salon brands, but I want someone to give me advice on the brand of haircare that is going to work best for me. I do not color treat my hair, and I prefer haircare that will promote shine, softness, and strength, as well as defining and enhancing my natural waves. Can anybody help me, please?
One more thing. If I use any curl-enhancing products, what is the best consistency to use? Gel, mousse, spray, creme? Also, on the bottles, in the directions, they always say "scrunch." Does anyone know the best way to "scrunch" your hair? Whenever I try, it just breaks up my fragile waves, and frizzes up. Most of the time it ends up sort of "crispy." Any ideas?

generally, i'm a broke person.
i'm bleach blonde, but my hair's decently healthy.
i have the same problem- try hair glazes- it's like yellow dye for blonde hair. it just makes it shinier, and a little better conditioned.
i used to use that john frieda stuff for blondes, but it's kind of pricey.
i bought herbal essences leave in spray condition for 2.30$ at big lots- it keeps the frizzies down and usually enhances curls.
have you tried a hair curl serum? i really really like the pantene pro v "Style Smooth & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum". i thought it was for like, curling hair, but hair curling stuff usually works to keep hair in waves and locks in the natural motion of the waves.

Try Nexxus, and use Tigi hairstick to make you waves look glossy!
