i kno if you want to wash your hair, you should was it , 1to3 times a week..i would wash it once a week ..thats what i do.

you shoulde'nt flat iron it that much eaither because that takes some of the natural oils out.. or use too much heat on it

or even try a perm.

Wash your hair as often as is necessary, usually once a week for you, but it may be more or less often than that.
Flat iron it after you blow dry your hair, but make sure you use a thermal protection spray before you do either of those things. Just know that if you get your hair wet or you sweat or it's humid out, your hair will get it's natural curl back. You'll probably want to wrap your hair in a silk cloth at night so that it doesn't tangle. I'm not sure how long or thick or curly your hair is, so I'm having a little difficulty helping you. I'm sorry!

you should wash like once every week or week and a half but everyday you should use like a head dress like vitapoint or something -- your choice on it you want to flat iron

If you are natural why would you want to flat iron it. You can wash it every other day, cowash=use only conditioner. S-curl will help keep it moisture and you seal it with an oil like olive, coconut, tea tree, carrot. Use a leave in conditioner. make sure your water is the 1st ingredient in your mositurizer.
