Default what is the process/after care of getting platinum blonde hair?

I'm chinese, and I have natural black hair at the moment. The top of my hair has a bunch of blonde highlights, and im planning on getting them removed and getting it back to black with thin white streeks on the top. and im planning on getting platinum blonde on the bottom. i was wondering what is the process of getting it professionally done? basically just bleaching and toner right? (like the highlights?) and i was wondering if theres any type of shampoo i should use? i read about using a purple shampoo? if i dont, will my platinum blonde on the bottom fade? (if so, fade to what color?=\)

i actually am a natural brunette, but have platinum blonde tips.
I use purple shampoo..but the water in my town causes it to turn orange if i don't shampoo well enough. i usually leave it on for about 5 minutes, mixed with my oil free shampoo, followed by conditioner. don't use cheap products!

anyways,

that's what happens if you dont use the toner..it slowly fades, usually to an orange color. hope i hoped. :]

Over time, the blonde will fade back to a dirty blonde, light brown probably. You really shouldn't do it if you have black hair. But the best thing you can do to keep it looking well is get some of that shampoo called something blonde by john frieda. it works well.

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo & condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
