i use power up! or somthing UP! its in a red bottle. it protects against heat, and it makes my hair shiny and soft.
i also take eluhair hair pills.
it doesnt make it grow FASTER.
just gives it the vitamins needed for healthy growth.

shine spray by l'oreael (sp?) or hask...it gets rid of my frizz and gives my hair shine...it's affordable and can be found at major drug stores
