I used to swim hardcore in highschool, and now I'm thinking of taking it back up. I remember that some girls left conditioner in their hair while swimming with a cap, and some girls used special shampoos that helped strip the chlorine out.

Since highschool I've taken to dying my hair (professionally) a really dark reddish-brown (my hair is naturally a darkish shade of brown) and I'm wondering what you guys do! I want to swim atleast everyother day, but I don't want my hair turning green and falling out!
