Default White girls oiling their hair and using black hair care products and calling

them "urban products".... what the fuq.
Okay....why are all these white girls oiling their hair, trying to speak in ebonics, and stereotyping us black girls???
some of you people who aren't black will say something like "it's not like that anymore. that's racist"
save it.
you don't know what it's like to be black, it's different for a black person.
go down south and you see all these white girls stereotyping black girls and acting that way.
WHY? WHY! WHY!?!?
it's the most agrivating thing.
can't we have anything as our own
damn.
White girls who are like this, WHY ARE YOU DOING IT????
insecurity? what
watch somebody get rid of this question.
probably someone who is offended.
why should the truth offend you?
What is "white culture"
apple pie?
lol really...what is white culture?
rock comes from blacks...Elvis with his fake a s s went to the hood and learned how to dance like the black man and how to sing like the black man and because he wasn't the black man people would watch him dance and sing.
that's how rock even got into white society.
I don't know what else..that's the only stereotype I can think of. I've never heard of "white culture"
all I know is whites are either pretending to be us or being racist.
there's no in between...and when you think there is, there's someone to prove you wrong.
lol I'm not insecure.
the white girls who pretend to be something they're not are the insecure ones.
you're ignorant.
"white culture"
so if you have white skin and you're jewish or italian, you identify with "white culture"
you really should get your facts straights before you make an even bigger fool out of yourself.
tiffany...typical, sheltered, stereotypical white girl.
stereotyping other races.
there is no such thing as acting black and acting white.
I didn't say anything about that, you did.
black hair care products are for black people for a reason.
they were made for black people.
as far as it comes to that acting black/acting white bullshit....different people like different styles, they come from different neighborhoods, they have different hobbies and interests.
it's ignorant for you to say that black peopel should have their own profile and so should white people.
grow up and educate yourself.
girl, I know! then you always have the know-it-all white person preaching about how "well blacks do this and blacks do that" like they know what it's like to be black.
it's a whole nother world
BBHEAD....NO ONE IS TO BLAME FOR THEIR ACTIONS BUT THE INDIVIDUAL.
I SEE WHITE PEOPLE, BLACK PEOPLE, ASIAN PEOPLE, HISPANIC PEOPLE ON TV BRINGING GUNS TO SCHOOL AND ROBBING BANKS ALL OF THE TIME ON TV BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I'M GOING TO GO AND DO IT.
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT INFLUNECES YOU, YOU CONTROL WHAT YOU DO.
THE WHITE GIRLS WHO DO IT ARE THE ONES WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND NOTHING ELSE.
IT WAS A DESCISION THEY MADE REGAURDLESS.
Lily S,
there's this book called "Your blues aint nothin like mine". you should read it.

I have only seen one or two people do that, but i mean its the same thing as black guys trying to be white, or white guys trying to be black, they are not happy with the way they are they want to be black, so they try to be, don't let it offend you, you are who you are, they are low self esteem, just be glad you can be the "real" thing, not faking it.

I think I'm much older than you so I might not be seeing exactly what you see, but here are my thoughts:

I know the type of girls you are talking about, and I agree with you that I do not know what its like to be black . Nor do you know what its like to be white, I say this because sometimes we all get thrown together on these things and its just not true that we all think alike. I think you understand that.

Also it is very insulting to any person no matter what color you are if someone takes something you feel belongs to your group and exploits it. You feel as if you are being made fun of in a way. Personally as a blond, I cannot imagine using hair oil...it just would not work on my hair.

I do think a big part of the reason these young ladies are copying another "culture" is because of music and videos.
Especially in areas where there was not much diversification - now young girls and boys enjoy music that was not available to them 20 years ago. With the Gangsta scene has come all kinds of new styles and although some may not work for all of us, kids will still follow.

Finally, I would ask you respectfully how you would feel if I said "I am white - why can't blacks let me have anything of my own?" -- which of course I would never do but you did to me.

I truly hope you give me a real answer not just get mad and fly off the handle. PEACE........

Blame it on Entertainment tv. Brainwashing white girls to thinking its cool to be like stereotypical blacks. I find it more racism to black society American than anything. I find it sickening that the media is depriving white people from there own culture. Luckily I think outside the box. Thanks to force diversity we are all a screwed up.

The only thing that white people stole that reflects on our culture are Blacks from Africa. Research your sources a bit more before you make a fool out of yourself.

That is a very good question. As a white girl, I find it sounds pathetic. Not big and certainly not clever. Where we come from we call these idiots 'Wigga's' as in wanna be niggers.
