My hair has started breaking...I do color it every 8 weeks, but it's always been healthy up until now. It's breaking on top and I have all of these fly away pieces now...help! How do I get my hair healthy again?

Stop dying your hair is honestly the easiest way. Your body's trying to tell you to cut it out with the ammonia.

Try not to color it so much. Get a trim to get all the dry ends off and try getting it deep conditioned every once in a while. try using a good shampoo for repairing hair and protecting color.

try using john frieda products or redkins or sunsilk or garnier fructis.


try using a good leave in conditioner also.

use neutrogena shampoo and conditioner, or l'oreal elseve shampoo and condititoner... don't tie your hair too tight -- like with a rubber band (it would be best if you wouldn't at all), don't go walking under the sun without any hat or umbrella. for the meantime don't grow your hair too long because it's much prone to breakage that average-length hair. and after taking a bath, don't ever wring your hair with the towel. hope this helps
